Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

Not happy with this latest update,you need to go into settings to pair up the machine with Bluetooth when it was easily accessible from the home screen in the app,that needs to come back as it's a far quicker way to pair up and do card transactions.

This is a very useful App It makes life easier. Special for small businesses, not even a single time I regret buying the card machine I would suggest that you guys give us subscription options for continues billing of our clients for those who have services that requires clients to pay monthly/weekly etc...

We improved the chat functionality of our app with native mobile capabilities which will significantly improve customer support interaction experience. We fixed a few bugs too to improve the overall experience in the app.
