Within minutes of using, you quickly reach a cost / benefit impass. I've been a user for a few years, simply wanting this service to work. I could not get the serial number for the SIM sticker, neither method worked on either of two Andriod phones. Even with the help of Tech Support! We ended up swiching to the Knowroaming SIM, which in my case was free with the SIM sticker. SMS usage is difficult to see. Tech support is absolutely 5 🌟, but the app is very buggy, not tested properly. The SIM sticker makes your SIM slightly thicker. Just enough to damage the SIM socket in of my phones. Beware!

Voice and text very unreliable especially in Britain and Europe sometimes texts will continue to repeat send charging you over and over until you delete it. Data mostly works but requires much setup like Provider, KR codes and of course APN. Good features are 3 day gobal packages and unlimited data..... which has just been taken away.
