Used to be my favorite delivery app, but it's been so frustrating lately. Most items in quick market are out of stock but still showing on the app and you have to keep guessing what's not there. Also, now I have to speak to an agent through a slow process instead of automatically being refunded, and I haven't received my refund on inedible items I got delivered. So now it's not any different from any other delivery app

I really dont know how to give a lower rating than this. The application isnt user friendly. You can't find a way to talk to a customer service. After you find one, the one who responds is very unprofessional and just gives you any answer without even thinking of your problem. Anyhow, when you write it's a free delivery, dont write in a very tiny font (spend 30 SR) !!!

Disappointed, I don't recommend it especially if you're planning on subscribing to HungerStation Plus. It's just a waste of money. If you are waiting for your refund after you order and it didn't come, you'll not get a refund. Service is madly bad. I ordered from a restaurant with my HungerStation Plus subscription and when the driver arrived he didn't call and went before delivering my food, I texted the help centre and they said I'm not getting a refund. In addition,it takes more than 30 min.
